Will Ryman "Classroom"

A series of 12 figures, each with a unique finish, were fabricated for a show at Paul Kasmin Gallery. The bodies of seated figures were produced from a mold of a single sculpture to create a sense of uniformity. Some figures were cast directly in their final materials, such as the Salt and Silicon pieces.
