Will Ryman "The Roses on Park Ave"

Starting with small models made by the artist, we designed and fabricated 8 larger-than-life outdoor sculptures. They needed to meet an array of requirements to be installed in NYC, such as surviving being hit by a taxi cab, not being too heavy as to collapse into the subway tunnels below.

 Working with skilled engineers to overcome these challenges, we created a flexible system for arranging the stems and blossoms, allowing for installation in any environment. This has led to many editions and custom commissions of Roses installed worldwide.  Project was completed while working for KB Projects.
